OVERVIEW
The project was to manufacture a CNC setting fixture to our customers’ drawings. This type of fixture was for use in the automotive industry.
Although we specialise in design as well as manufacture we are also happy to work with your technicians to your specifications.

OUTCOME
The fixture was manufactured using the latest in Hurco CNC machine technology incorporating 2D and 3D machined components. The CNC machines were programmed using the latest CAM software from OneCNC.
The fixtures were then assembled in a clean environment and verified in our inspection department using a FARO Gauge measuring system incorporating Aberlink inspection software.
